The diet of rice, chicken and apple

The diet lasts for 9 days and is based on eating during those days only with rice, chicken and apples, not to mix any more food. At the end of the diet may have lost up to 1 kilo per day, also making clear the body of toxins.

So following this diet

      From first to third day
      It comes to eating rice three days, only rice, unaccompanied by any food anymore.

      From fourth to sixth day
      The next three days you can only eat chicken, either roasted or boiled, but always without skin.

      The seventh to ninth day
